supplement to D&H-4 decal sheets for P-S-1 lettering

The D&H received 1750 P-S 1 design boxcars from Pullman-Standard and delivered as follows:

Series 18400-18899, 500 cars, Pullman-Standard, Lot 5973, delivered October 1950
Series 18900-19399, 500 cars, Pullman-Standard, Lot 5998, delivered February 1951
Series 19400-19899, 500 cars, Pullman-Standard, Lot 8049, delivered October 1952
Series 20000-20249, 250 cars, Pullman-Standard, Lot 8294, delivered August 1956

Paint & Lettering: The cars were delivered as depicted on 19304 above. Car sides, ends and roof were painted boxcar red: TCP-925; underframe and trucks painted with black car cement. Wheels left unpainted and allowed to gather dust, rust and road grime. Lettering white stencil paste.
