![]() Under a charter of the Federal Inland Waterways Corporation, the Warrior River Terminal Railroad was established to provide rail service to the port of Birminham, Alabama. In January, 1938, the line received 20 boxcars from Pullman-Standard’s Bessemer, Alabama shops under Lot 5577. These cars received the number Series 900-919. The WRT remained operations until 1966 when the Federal Barge Lines ceased operations. Paint & Lettering: When built the cars received a coat of Dupont Tuf-Coat Metalic Brown. A correct match for this shade is TCP-922. Lettering was white stencil paste.
