![]() Paint & Lettering: Cars were painted entirely boxcar red with black underframe: TCP-923. Lettering was all white stencil paste. The original FRISCO medallion with LINES was later dropped for the more simple FRISCO only, as in the 1951 repaint scheme above. Use TCP-926 after 1946.
Between 1925 and 1930, the FRISCO received 6,500 Howe Truss design boxcars. These cars were wood sided single-sheathedwith an inside height of 8’-6”.
