In 1911, Pullman built 5, 40’ postal cars for 3 Texas railroads. In 1929, these cars were rebuilt with baggage doors at one end, and passed to T&NO and the SP. Refer to SP Historical & Technical Society publication “SP Passenger Cars, Vol 3, pages 73-77” for prototype information on these cars. Brass model by PSC, Part #15411, and Urethane kit by Southern Car & Foundry. Lettering set by Norm Buckhart
