60' Harriman baggage car, Class 60-B-1/8 for the Union Pacific

The Union Pacific had a number of these cars, fifteen for the UP, numbered 1155-1169 and 19 for the Oregon Short Line, numbered 443-462, all built by Pullman in 1909. The cars remained in revenue service until 1958-1960. Sides, ends and truck side frames were painted dark passenger green; roof and underframe painted with black car cement. Wheels unpainted and allowed to gather rust and road grime. Lettering gold leaf. Lettering by Norm Buckhart
